DELIVERY

The time we allow for delivery on our order form is 100% tolerant of the time we can deliver.

In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

Regarding the delivery, we are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.

Delivery Method

The user can choose 2 different ways as delivery method. The user who chooses one of the 2 methods: company delivery or courier delivery is exempt from shipping fees according to the shopping price.



RETURNS

Since our company has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you buy is under our company's warranty. Our company is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.

Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please note that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully. Returns of used, damaged or similar products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

Cancellation, Return and Exchange Conditions

Exchange Conditions;
Since all products subject to sale are within the scope of goods prepared in line with the Consumer's wishes or personal needs, the Buyer does not have the right to change within this framework.

Since the products are specially produced, people must specify their own body measurements in every online purchase. For orders not specified, they are produced and shipped according to the size they accept online and order. Returns/exchanges of products sent within this framework are not accepted due to "size incompatibility".

Returns and exchanges of products whose original packaging is damaged, used or destroyed are not accepted.

Exchanges without invoice are not accepted.

Return Conditions
As soon as you receive the order, you can return faulty, defective, worn/damaged products that you want to return by filling out the return and exchange form. Returns are made through the E-commerce unit.

Refunds are not possible for products that have been modified, personally designed and/or tailor-made. The cargo company reserves the right to return worn or damaged products that have been opened and checked by the cargo company.

Our company does not cover the shipping costs incurred due to this process.

Returns without an invoice are not accepted.

Refund Procedure for Refund Request
The refund will be made to your Credit Card within 7 business days from the day the products for your order that you want to return are received by our company in accordance with the return conditions, and the provision code will be notified to you via e-mail.
